Travel Radio Australia is a travel talk and interview podcast previously broadcast weekly on a large number of radio stations allied with the Australia-wide Community Radio Network (CRN). It is now a regular podcast which can be streamed or downloaded from http://travelradioaustralia.com
The show has been produced and hosted by Australian journalist/broadcaster Ren Zwiers for more than a decade. It features a team of experienced presenters and reporters from three continents.
In America the main contributors are Around the World hosts Arthur von Wiesenberger and Martha Bull (based in Santa Barbara, California). They boast a large team of regular cocntributors who are also featured occasionally on our Australian-sister program.
In Europe we feature travel journalist Frances Beasley who normally resides in the Dordogne region of France and occasionally in Munich, Germany and travels throughout Europe and, occasionally South Africa to file her incisive reports on those locations.
In Australia we use well-known veteran TV presenter/broadcaster John Crook.
Last, but not least, our voice-over announcer who provides his talents for intros and also contributes European travel segments, is Irish broadcaster David Gordon.
